The Role:
Tight space. Fast pace. No room for hesitation.
As a Food Trucker, you’re cooking, serving, and moving as one unit. This is all-hands-on-deck—high-volume service in a compact kitchen where teamwork is everything.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep, cook, and serve menu items out of the food truck
- Work multiple roles—line, assembly, register, and expo
- Keep service fast, clean, and organized in a tight space
- Set up and break down the truck for events and shifts
- Maintain food quality and consistency under pressure
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Represent XO Taco with energy and professionalism at events
