XO Taco is looking for a confident and reliable Front of House Manager/Bar Manager! The responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, creating cocktails/specials and ensuring a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Our ideal candidate should have an great sense of humor, loves to have fun at work, loves hospitality and cocktail making, and has strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Front of House Manager Responsibilities:
- Assisting the restaurant all areas of daily business operations, customer service, and hospitality.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations.
- Training and supervising employees.
- Managing employees and coaching thru problem-solving situations.
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
- Assisting with the development of new cocktail ideas and specials.
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
Front of House Manager Requirements:
- Previous food & beverage/retail management experience.
- Experience in training, managing and coaching a team.
- Experience in bartending and cocktail creation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Good math skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fun and outgoing!
