The Role

Run the floor. Own the bar. Set the vibe.

XO Taco is looking for an experienced Front of House / Bar Manager who knows how to lead a team, handle a busy service, and create the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll be on the floor, behind the bar when needed, coaching the team, talking to guests, solving problems, and making sure the restaurant is firing on all cylinders.

We're looking for someone with personality, accountability, and hospitality instincts—not someone who wants to manage from the office.

What You’ll Do

Lead FOH and bar operations during daily service
Hire, train, coach, and develop bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff
Set the pace and expectations for hospitality, teamwork, and execution
Manage opening, closing, cash handling, and daily FOH procedures
Oversee bar setup, inventory, ordering, and product controls
Maintain cocktail, beer, wine, and tequila service standards
Manage FOH scheduling and help control labor costs
Work closely with kitchen leadership to keep service moving
Handle guest feedback and turn problems into great experiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant and bar
Help execute events, promotions, private parties, and high-volume weekends
Bring ideas to the table for improving the bar program and overall guest experience

What You Bring

2+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience preferred
Strong bar knowledge and previous bartending experience is a major plus
Ability to lead a high-volume restaurant without losing your cool
Strong communication and people-management skills
Understanding of scheduling, labor, inventory, and basic restaurant financials
Confidence making decisions and holding a team accountable
Hospitality-first mentality with a strong sense of urgency
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak service periods
