The Role:
Right hand to the Kitchen Manager. Floor general when things get loud. You keep the kitchen moving, the team locked in, and the food exactly where it needs to be.
What You’ll Do:
- Run service and support BOH leadership.
- Lead line execution and expediting.
- Train and coach kitchen staff daily.
- Maintain prep, pars, and kitchen flow.
- Enforce consistency, cleanliness, and standards.
- Step into any station when needed.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of kitchen experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong line skills and urgency.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure.
- Team-first mentality.
- Natural leader without ego.
